OBJETO<\/strong><br>Estos T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones regulan el acceso y uso de los servicios ofrecidos por La Cruz de Piedra, que incluyen:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Restaurante.<\/li>\n\n<li>Sal\u00f3n de eventos y celebraciones en finca.<\/li>\n\n<li>F\u00e1brica de comidas preparadas para su venta como materia prima a otros restaurantes.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3. POL\u00cdTICA DE RESERVAS Y PAGOS<\/strong><br>Las reservas se realizar\u00e1n en el establecimiento o a trav\u00e9s de contacto telef\u00f3nico o correo electr\u00f3nico.<br>El pago se realizar\u00e1 exclusivamente en el establecimiento mediante <strong>efectivo o tarjeta bancaria<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>4. POL\u00cdTICA DE CANCELACIONES Y REEMBOLSOS<\/strong><br>Las reservas para eventos podr\u00e1n cancelarse con un preaviso de <strong>7 d\u00edas antes de la fecha del evento<\/strong>. No se realizar\u00e1n reembolsos de anticipos o se\u00f1ales si la cancelaci\u00f3n se realiza fuera de este plazo.<\/p><p><strong>5. POL\u00cdTICA DE PRIVACIDAD Y PROTECCI\u00d3N DE DATOS<\/strong><br>En cumplimiento del Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos (RGPD) y la Ley Org\u00e1nica 3\/2018 de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales y Garant\u00eda de los Derechos Digitales (LOPDGDD), informamos que recopilamos datos personales con el objetivo de mejorar la experiencia del cliente y realizar estrategias de <strong>retargeting publicitario<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Los clientes pueden ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificaci\u00f3n, cancelaci\u00f3n u oposici\u00f3n enviando un correo a <a><strong>info@lacruzdepiedra.es<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>6. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL<\/strong><br>Todos los <strong>logos, marcas, im\u00e1genes y contenidos<\/strong> utilizados por La Cruz de Piedra est\u00e1n protegidos por derechos de propiedad intelectual. No se permite su reproducci\u00f3n o distribuci\u00f3n sin autorizaci\u00f3n expresa.<\/p><p><strong>8. MODIFICACIONES Y ACTUALIZACIONES<\/strong><br>Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos t\u00e9rminos en cualquier momento. Se notificar\u00e1 a los clientes en caso de cambios relevantes.<\/p><p><strong>9.
